📅 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

✅ Defective or Damaged Items Only – We accept returns only if the product is faulty, defective, or damaged during shipping. Same item exchanges are not available.

🚫 No Returns on Customized Items – Any personalized, customized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

📦 Shipping Costs Covered by Customer – All return/exchange shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We do not offer free returns.

📧 Returns via Email Only – To initiate a return, email us at support@hbindustries.pk. Returns via WhatsApp or phone calls will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

✔️ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔️ All tags and accessories (if any) must be intact.
✔️ The item should be returned in the same condition as received.
✔️ If a wrong size is ordered, exchanges are possible but subject to availability.

⏳ Refund & Exchange Process

🔹 Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
🔹 Refunds are only issued as store credit or bank transfer (as per company policy).
🔹 The process may take 5-7 business days after the item is received.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

❌ Sale or discounted items (final sale).
❌ Worn, damaged, or altered items.
❌ Any product returned after 7 days of delivery.
